Lady Queen, do you ever wonder why we always say the words you tell yourself are important?

Good question, so glad you asked. When it comes to claiming your crown, the association you feel to words related to claiming your greatness will have an emotional connection for you, shining light into deeper parts of yourself that are worth exploring. If you feel shame or have a negative reaction to words related to your Queendom, this show you where to delve deeper. What stories are you telling yourself around these words?

A huge part of self-care is naming your greatness, speaking aloud what makes you YOU, in all of your fabulous, delicious Queenly glory. The words you use and how you relate to those words plays a role in your Queendom. When you speak the language of Queens — without being a diva — you open to a feeling of royalty. You can use regal words in your day-to-day life: queen, goddess, queendom, claiming your crown. These powerful words are a way to feel regal, allowing you to Queen It in everything you do.

Savannah:

My team and I have started calling each other queens and kings, as a more fun way of addressing each other. They call me Queen of the Asylum, which feels accurate! Even if we’re just joking with each other, by addressing each other as royalty, it helps remind us of our own regal-ness — is that a word? It is now! Our own greatness. It feels nice to be called Queen, and it serves as a reminder to be Queenly in all that I do.

Your words carry power. They remind you who you are, and that you have choices in all you do. Remembering your Queenly right to choose who you are and what you represent allows you to acknowledge that you are all powerful when it comes to where you’re at on your path towards your glorious Queendom. And as we always say, knowing your body, your regal vessel, is essential when it comes to claiming your crown. Remember that knowing and loving your gorgeous body comes from being IN your body and inhabiting her fully. You can do this through dance, yoga, walking, or sex — either with a partner or on your own, so long as you writhe with pleasure! And if you need help learning how to writhe, remember practice makes perfect. (And furthermore, if you find sex without a partner lacking, as a friend of ours says, “Girl, maybe you just need new batteries!”) Being fully in your body helps you stay present and creates appreciation for your sensual, Queenly container. Feel gratitude for everything she does for you as you imagine, create, recreate, fornicate, and manifest every day!

Going back to the power of your words, it’s essential to realize what you tell yourself about who you are as a person, a woman, and a Queen influences how you exist in your lifetime. If any words make you feel uncomfortable, take this as a sign to dive deep into what stories you tell yourself around those words. You deserve to take the time to know yourself fully. Share any breakthroughs you have in the comments, and let’s support each other!

And remember to name your greatness as often as you can — you are worth it, you badass Lady Queen!

Stay connected, juicy, and playful, and we’ll see you next time.
