What will you let die?

Lady Queen, knowing where and who you were is vital to knowing where and who you will be. Bit of a tongue twister, we know, but it’s true. And before you initiate yourself into your Queendom and claim your crown, it’s essential to know the answer to this powerful question: What will you choose to let die in order to let your bountiful queendom be born?

Let’s start by getting an understanding of how you’re doing with your self-care rituals. Lady Queen, get comfy, take a deep breath, and be present as you write down the answers to the following questions:

What is your non-negotiable daily self-care practice?

What can you add to your day to improve the shape of your self-care?

What else needs to die in your life for you to really live the life you desire?

Are you ready for the next level of your life? What is that next level for you?

Are you ready to open up to a new version of yourself?

As always, Queen, you have choices here. You are superwoman — all-powerful — when it comes to knowing yourself, your body, and where you’re at. By knowing and loving your body, you’re able to get clear answers to these questions. And knowing your body is about being IN your body, being present in your delicious Queenly vessel. Anything that helps you move your body — yoga, dancing, sex, and walking, for example — allows you to inhabit and show appreciation for your magnificent body.

Long story short — find ways to show love for yourself. Create a comfort list with things that raise your vibe and lift your spirit. Things like music, eating a piece (or several) of chocolate, talking to a heart-sister, giving and receiving hugs — these all can bring joy and raise your vibe, allowing those old low-vibe habits to die. Another way to show love for yourself is to be mindful of how you speak to yourself. The words you tell yourself have a huge impact on who you are. Those old ways of speaking to yourself might be ready to die now, too.

Here with us in All About the Queendom, you have permission to be you, all you. No sugar coating, just real, sometimes loving it, sometimes in the grunge. Always conscious of your choice. Part of self-care is naming your greatness rather than focusing solely on your perceived deficiencies. By speaking to yourself truthfully yet lovingly on a consistent basis, you are connecting to your Queenly power.

And the world needs more of your Queenly power! Share in the comments what old habits you’re letting die — let’s witness each other!

Stay connected, playful, and juicy, and we’ll see you next time.
